None of my commitments have a tangible end or goal in mind; they’re intentions and things I’ll build goals around. And I’ll be sure to take my own advice and take it slow, building on each new habit I want to establish.

Finally Getting Back to In-Person

We all need community and connection, no matter if we’re introverts or extroverts. I recently listened to a podcast where they shared that contrary to popular belief, introverts struggled with the isolation of the pandemic. Recharging by yourself is one thing, but total isolation is something else entirely.
