No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
The baking season is upon us. I love taking these cookies to holiday parties as a healthier alternative to traditional baked goods. And since they contain Shakeology, you know you are getting great nutrition in every delicious bite.
Not familiar with Shakeology? You are missing out on the healthiest meal of the day.
No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Servings 20 1.5 inch round cookies
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1 Cup Chocolate Shakeology
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 2 tbsp Honey
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients, except the honey, into a large mixing bowl.
- Then add the honey, just enough to make it stick together. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together. I mix with my hands because I find it easiest.
- Roll the mixture into balls, about the size of a golf ball. Then flatten the balls into cookie-shapes on a sheet of wax paper.
Notes
Can be served immediately, but will form best when left in refrigerator overnight
I prefer to store them in the fridge (when I leave them out my kids devour them, they really are that good LOL) Learn more about Shakeology and its health benefits.
