Summer Body Results
The sun is shining and things are getting HOT in Phoenix. Already. It’s a reminder that winter is over and shorts weather is here.
We’re all working hard to get those summer bodies, right? My team and I are excited to share our results from recent challenges. If you’re still on the fence on what program you want to try or how to tame your eating habits, here’s some motivation for you!

Here are my results from my first round of the 21 Day Fix Extreme. I’m planning to keep doing the program until I get to where I want to be. I feel great about the results I got and my commitment to working out every day (it isn’t easy) and eating like it is my job is paying off.
Sure, everyone wants something for nothing, but I know that I FEEL good and I have more energy to live the life that I want when I make my health a priority.
Portion control and flexibility in the food plan is really helpful for me as a busy mom on the go. I was probably 80% on for the food plan my first time through. This is an area that I’m still improving on.

In February of 2014, I did my first round of 21 Day Fix. Although I had completed a couple other programs, I was excited to learn what all the buzz was about. I felt that I was pretty on track with my food, but could always use some “tweaking.”
I was so surprised to see how much I was actually over eating. And on the healthy stuff! I noticed within three or four days how much slimmer and less bloated I was. I couldn’t believe it. I’m a person who likes more extreme workouts, so when 21 Day Fix Extreme was released, I was really excited!
Autumn tells you that if you do the workouts and follow the meal plan, you will get shredded. She was right! I lost an inch and a half in three weeks just in my waist and hips! Everything got tighter and more defined. I couldn’t believe I was able to accomplish that in only three weeks. It has everything you need and will be a perfect cross-training or hybrid-type program!

After having completed Focus T25 and P90X3, I found himself at a plateau for weight loss and inches. I was having a hard time losing the inches in my waist and hip area. I decided to do 21 Day Fix to see if it might help me with the push I needed.
As a male, I was a little skeptical of the program, but committed fully. This is one of my favorite programs and a go-to for whenever he needs an extra push. I feel like she targets the individual muscle groups effectively. And there aren’t any crazy choreography or moves to learn that distract me from the workout.
With 21 Day Fix, I was able to finally get through the standstill I was having and understand my nutritional needs so much better. The 21 Day Fix meal guide is something that I have continued through to every other program. It’s simple to follow and has just become a part of my life now.

I can say that I feel great using 21 Day Fix. I feel like I have power over my food choices and the short workouts give me more time to spend with my family. As a working mom, I appreciate that! I like the results and I think the workout is very effective especially for people who want to define their abs after having a baby.
The color-coded containers make meal planning easy and allow me prepare healthy meals for my whole family.
