New Products: Beachbody Performance

The Beachbody product line is growing! Over the last 30 days, other elite coaches and I have had the opportunity to try out the new Beachbody Performance supplements. As you can see from the photo, I’ve seen a HUGE difference in my performance and my body!
All kidding aside, I’m LOVING the supplements. I’m not an endurance athlete. I don’t train like an athlete and I honestly don’t love to work out. I find myself not eating enough most days, which we all know makes it harder to get results. But in the days since I started these supplements, I have been able to push myself harder, recover faster and feel more alert after.
The Product Line
Beachbody Performance is a series of four difference supplements taken at different times of the day:
- Energize – Energize is meant to improve exercise performance and it’s really helped me to get right to my workout each morning (instead of finding other things to do at home to distract me). I have more stamina during workouts and I’ve even increased the weights I use.
- Hydrate – I’ve been drinking Hydrate during my workouts and while I haven’t seen a huge impact there, I really enjoyed having it handy during a two-mile bike ride recently.
- Recover – Not only does Recover taste great (mmm, chocolate!), it also gives me more protein in my diet. This means more muscle definition. Not quite like the photo, but you get the idea!
- Recharge – Who else needs to get better rest? Recharge is a SCORE for this busy mom! It has improved the quality of my sleep and I’m no longer struggling to wake up and get my workouts done in the morning. And, when I start my day with a workout, my eating is more on track for the day.
Overall, these products have been great. I am more consistent with my workouts, I am lifting heavier weights without soreness, I sleep better and I wake up more rested.
Since we only received a 30-day supply, I know I will miss the supplements when I run out. From what I hear from other coaches, I am in great company. I can’t wait for them to become available for purchase. I will be sure to let you know when they’re available!
