Shakeology Mug Cake
There's so much more you can do with Shakeology than just make a shake!
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg white
- 2 tsp Honey
- 5 tbsp Milk (your choice)
- 1 1/2 tsp Peanut Butter
- cooking spray
Instructions
- Mix Shakeology, baking powder, sea salt, cocoa powder, egg white, honey and milk in a bowl to form a batter.
- Spray a ceramic mug (microwaveable) with cooking spray.
- Drop half the batter into the mug followed by 1 teaspoon of peanut butter. Then add in the remaining batter to the mug.
- Microwave the mug of batter for 1 minute 40 seconds. Then continue to cook for 10-second increments until desired consistency.
- Slip the cake out of the mug onto a plate and drizzle with the remaining 1/2 teaspoon of peanut butter and be prepared to be addicted!
