If you’re struggling to fit your new nutrition plan into your life, you’re not alone. But it really doesn’t need to be a challenge. Prepping foods ahead of time, making family-friendly meals and having your food planned out for the week are all tricks you can use to make sure you’re on track. Trust me…When I have a plan in place, it’s easy to stick to my meal plan–even when it’s a busy week. And when I don’t have a plan? Well, let’s just say we’re all better off with a plan!
Here are some of my favorite breakfast and dinner options. Click on the thumbnails for the ingredients and directions. They’re so easy, you don’t need a full recipe!

Healthy Dinner & Meal Prep
-
-
Save time with your meals by prepping quinoa ahead.
-
-
Store in serving-sized containers for up to a week.
-
-
Use pre-shredded veggies to save some time.
-
-
Those veggies are perfect on open-faced tacos. One tortilla, one serving of veggies, some shredded chicken and a tiny scoop of cottage cheese.
-
-
Make your own healthy wrap. Measure your containers and place on an organic tortilla.
-
-
I use organic beef whenever possible.
-
-
After browning, always drain the fat. You can make a large batch of ground beef to save for meals during the week.
-
-
Italian Beef Pasta – whole wheat pasta, organic ground beef, tomato, spinach, cheese and a dab of cottage cheese.
-
-
Combine all ingredients…
-
-
…and enjoy!
-
-
Pre-cut greens and measured ingredients…
-
-
…make a great salad!
-
-
An alternative to the taco. Greek yogurt, pre-made chicken, pre-shredded veggies and low-carb tortillas.

An easy meal the whole family will love.
