LIIFT4 Workouts

Big results with only 4 workouts a week!

Joel Freeman - LIIFT4I think a lot of people feel restricted with many of the Beachbody programs. They often require you to work out up to six days a week. But with the new LIIFT4 program, that all changes.

Built for results, LIIFT4 has real people and real schedules in mind. It gives people grace for doing the hard work on the workout days and allowing for days off and even some cheat meals. The workouts are usually 30-40 minutes with a few shorter ones thrown in and the program lasts 8 weeks.

While the program isn’t released until October, it’s actually available for VIP early access On Demand starting July 16.

I was lucky enough to be able to do a 20-minute bodyweight sample workout while at this year’s Summit (more on that later) and found it to be challenging but very do-able. And the weight-based workouts are also a great challenge without being overly complicated.

Joel Freeman (from the Core de Force program) is the trainer of the program, which is divided into two phases. Phase one is six weeks long and focuses on building and defining muscle. The second phase is only two weeks and it burns the fat you need get rid of to see real changes in your physique. The three recovery days every week help your body to repair muscle so you can push harder during your workouts and get faster results.

If you have a set of light, medium and heavy weights or some resistance bands, you have exactly what you need for success. Find out more about the program and check out the amazing results the test group participants have seen. I can’t wait to dive in! Who’s with me?
