Morning Meltdown 100 Review

morning meltdown 100I’m a sucker for new Beachbody programs and believe that variety is necessary for me to stick with it. That’s part of why I love tennis so much–so I can be more social and continue to build on my tennis skills.

That’s why Jericho’s Morning Meltdown 100 appealed to me so much. It’s a daily workout program that includes 100 different workouts, from old school weights to cardio to kickboxing to yoga and more. It’s never the same!

Jericho McMathews is one of those trainers who appeals to so many different mindsets. She has incredible energy and she fully encapsulates the “athlete” persona. But she’s also relatable and makes sure that everyone watching understands the moves and form.

As an added bonus, Morning Meltdown comes with a hardcover journal to help you get your mindset in the right place and a wall chart so you can record each of the 100 workouts.

You can stack the workouts, doing two or even three a day or simply do one per day. They’re shorter routines so anything is possible. However, they are meant to be done in a specific order because low impact workouts are included where they make sense to keep you from overworking certain muscle groups.

All you need to get started is a set of light and heavy weights and Beachbody On Demand. And maybe some Energize too!

I am three weeks into the workouts right now. I am doing one a day and I am feeling amazing. I am looking forward to stacking the workouts as time permits but since kids just got back into their school routines I giving myself grace and happy that I am being consistent.

I have goals of losing some body fat this year and I know nutrition needs to be my focus. A friend invited me to join her on her 21 Day Ultimate Reset journey and I agreed. I have done this program four times in the past so I knew I would have to be fully committed to join her. I am almost two weeks into my reset journey and loving the food freedom I have been given. I am eating so many veggies and following the recipe guide is simpler than ever for me this time around.
