So many women are afraid of lifting weights because they don’t want to get “bulky.” But weights are actually one of the best ways to slim down and tone up, achieving the results you want. That’s why I’m so excited about the new Muscle Burns Fat (#mbf) program featuring Megan Davies.
The new #mbf program is only 21 days and it uses hand weights and a BOD rope (a modified, cordless jumping rope). And when you’re done with #mbf, there’s an advanced version (#mbfa) ready for you to start!
The #mbf program is for beginners and offers 25- to 30-minute workouts, while the #mbfa program is more intermediate and has slightly longer workouts. The advanced program builds on the beginner program and includes low-rep burnouts and additional challenges.
You’ll do strength workouts each Monday, Wednesday and Friday and cardio on Tuesday and Thursday. In addition, there’s a tough hiit workout on Saturdays and a recovery workout on Sundays.
