Apple Pie Shakeology

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 scoop vanilla Shakeology
  • 1/4 cup + 2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
